01Frittu Pro Subscription

What's included A Frittu Pro subscription gives you access to:

  • Unlimited scans β€” no monthly limit on ingredient scans (camera and library)
  • 5 recipes per scan β€” up from 3 on the free tier
  • Unlimited saved favourites β€” no cap on recipes you can save
  • Recipe Collections β€” organise saved recipes into named folders
  • Meal Planner β€” plan meals Mon–Sun with weekly macro totals
  • Smart Shopping List β€” auto-generated from your meal plan, grouped by aisle
  • Nutrition Dashboard β€” weekly macro tracking and goal progress
  • Cuisine Explorer β€” generate recipes by cuisine without scanning
  • Full scan history β€” access all past scans (free tier limited to last 3)
  • Dinner Reminders β€” local push notifications from your meal planner

Feature availability Pro features are subject to change. We will provide reasonable notice before removing features that were available when you subscribed.

02Pricing

Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Pricing for other regions may vary and will be displayed at checkout.

03Billing and Payment

Payment processor All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store using your Apple ID payment method. We do not store or have access to your payment card details.

Billing cycle - **Monthly:** Billed every 30 days from the date of subscription - **Annual:** Billed once per year from the date of subscription

Automatic renewal Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Price changes If we change subscription pricing, we will provide at least 30 days notice. Price changes take effect at your next renewal date.

04Free Trial

When a free trial is offered:

  • The trial period begins immediately upon confirmation
  • You will not be charged during the trial period
  • At the end of the trial, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan unless cancelled beforehand
  • Only one free trial per Apple ID

05Cancellation

How to cancel Cancel your subscription at any time through: - **iOS:** Settings β†’ [Your Name] β†’ Subscriptions β†’ Frittu β†’ Cancel Subscription - Apple does not allow cancellation through the app itself

Effect of cancellation - You retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period - No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period - After expiry, your account reverts to the free tier β€” your saved data is retained but Pro-only features become inaccessible

Data retention after cancellation Your saved recipes, meal plans, and scan history remain in your account. You can re-subscribe at any time to regain access to Pro features.

06Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

To request a refund: 1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com 2. Sign in with your Apple ID 3. Find the Frittu subscription charge and select "Request a Refund"

07Restoring Purchases

If you reinstall the app or use a new device, use the "Restore Purchases" option in the app to reinstate your Pro subscription without being charged again.

08Family Sharing

Frittu Pro does not currently support Apple Family Sharing. Each family member requires their own subscription.

09Switching Plans

You can switch between monthly and annual plans at any time. The change takes effect at the start of your next billing period.
