Yes — the meal planner is free for all Frittu users. Free users get today plus the next 2 days (3 days total) with 4 slots per day. Frittu Pro unlocks the full Mon–Sun weekly view and lets you generate a shopping list from your plan.

Can I add any recipe to my meal plan?

You can add any recipe you've saved to your favourites. You can also log a meal manually with optional calorie and macro tracking, or add a quick note to any slot.

Does the meal planner track my nutrition?

Yes. Frittu calculates your daily calorie, protein, carb, and fat totals automatically based on the recipes in each slot. You'll also see a weekly macro summary so you can spot gaps before they become a problem.

Can I generate a shopping list from my meal plan?

Frittu Pro users can tap one button to generate a complete shopping list from their weekly meal plan. Items are sorted by aisle and quantities are aggregated — so if two recipes use chicken breast, the list shows the combined amount.
