Frittu generates a recipe from the ingredients you confirmed, shaped by your cuisine preference, cook-time, and macro targets.

Every recipe is checked against your allergen list before you see it — if an ingredient matches, the recipe is rejected and regenerated. Calories are recalculated server-side using the Atwater formula so the numbers are consistent across every recipe.

Frittu reduces the chance of a listed allergen appearing in a recipe. It's not a substitute for reading full ingredient lists — if you have a severe allergy, always verify ingredients and consult a medical professional. How allergen checking works →

Once you have a recipe, Frittu can regenerate it for a different dietary constraint — dairy-free, gluten-free, high-protein, vegan, and more — without losing the dish's flavour profile. Allergen checking runs on the adapted recipe too.
