Fuel is the part of Frittu that reads your day from Apple Health on iPhone or Health Connect on Android. Your meals, workouts, steps and sleep sit on one timeline, with an estimate of what you've eaten against what you've burned so far.
After a workout, a short night or a rest day, Fuel offers one recipe idea for your next meal, built around that moment and checked against your allergens. Nothing goes on your meal plan until you tap Add to planner. Every figure is an estimate, not medical or dietary advice.
On iPhone and Android. Frittu Pro starts with 7 days free on the monthly plan, once per Apple ID or Google account.
Connecting is optional. Do it from the Fuel tab, and choose what leaves your phone: activity, workouts, sleep and weight each have their own switch.
Today shows your sleep, your workouts and a photo of each meal you logged, in the order they happened, with two lines for what you've eaten and burned so far.
When something happens today, like a 45 minute run, a much bigger steps day or a short night, Fuel says so and offers one recipe for your next meal. Tap Show me an idea, read it, then add it to your planner or ask for another.
This week shows each day's meals as plates, with bars for eaten and burned, plus a short read of your week written by fixed rules. Trends looks back 30, 60 or 90 days and tells you what changed.
Burned comes from Apple Health or Health Connect: the active energy your watch or phone recorded, plus resting energy. Where the health app measured no resting energy, Frittu estimates it from your height, age and weight, and says so on the screen.
Eaten comes from the meals you log in Frittu: a cooked recipe, a dish photo, a scanned product or a meal you type in. Days with only one meal logged are shown but not compared, because one meal can't stand for a whole day.
Rather not see calories at all? Turn on Hide calories in Fuel settings. Every calorie figure in Fuel goes, and your meals, workouts and sleep stay.
Fuel looks for one moment a day: a workout of 20 minutes or more, strength training, a long walk, a much bigger day than usual, a short night, or a rest day after hard training. Then it offers an idea for the next meal you haven't had yet, at your usual portion size.
Each idea is one recipe, with its photo, protein and cook time. It is generated without the allergens on your profile and checked against your list before you see it. Not keen? Ask for another idea, or tap Not now.
With background updates on, Frittu can also send a notification after a workout, which you can turn off in Settings.
Your health data is never sold or used for advertising. If you also turn on Use my activity in my meal plans, Frittu keeps daily totals and your workouts for 90 days (weight as a monthly average after that) so plans and next-meal ideas can use them.
When you ask for a meal, the figures that meal needs go with that request to our AI provider, never your name or email. You can switch any kind of data off, or disconnect, at any time in Fuel settings.
Every recipe idea Fuel offers is generated without the allergens on your profile, then checked against your list before it appears. Each recipe shows the allergens it was generated without. Always check labels for your own needs.
Works with your iPhone and Apple Watch through Apple Health, and with Android apps and watches through Health Connect.
Fuel says what happened and offers a meal. It never tells you what to eat, and nothing changes until you add it.
The Workouts slide puts each session next to the first meal you logged after it.
One switch shows energy in calories or kilojoules, everywhere in Frittu.
Fuel is included with Frittu Pro, which starts with 7 days free on the monthly plan, once per Apple ID or Google account. Calorie, activity and sleep figures are estimates. Fuel is not a medical device and not medical or dietary advice; talk to a health professional before changing how you eat.
